MRB Aviation Facilities

The Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport and its “MRB Aviation” FBO recently acquired the 23,600 square foot corporate hangar at 254 A.B. Parks Drive. MRB Aviation is the sole FBO at the Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport where it also operates a Part 135 Air Charter Operation (#A85R859W). MRB Aviation has experience managing and operating client aircraft and is seeking additional corporate hangar tenants. MRB is a viable location offering a cost advantage for based aircraft repositioning to DC-area airports for the origination and termination of client trips.

The EWVRAA is also actively engaged with the West Virginia state legislature and state aviation groups to create more aviation friendly legislation. Steady progress has been made to improve the aviation tax environment, including the recent passage of a flyaway exemption for certain aircraft sales in West Virginia effective July 2020.

Build to Suit Opportunities

Adjacent to the 254 A.B. Parks Drive hangar is additional available land that will support up to 200,000 sf of hangar/office development along 150’ wide, high-strength aircraft parking apron. The Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport Authority is excited at the prospect of working with fleet operators and MROs to develop facilities that can accommodate long‐term requirements and be optimized to meet specialized design requirements.

Because of our existing relationships with local architects, engineers, contractors, state commerce and development offices, local government, planning and development authorities – we are well positioned to assist with any project.
