The Airport Authority is soliciting expressions of interest from prospective aircraft tenants for proposed new hangar facilities, to be owned by the authority and/or constructed by private parties granted airport ground lease terms with a later reversion-to-airport-ownership clause.

*Rates are negotiable for helicopters, seaplanes, multi-engine turbine and jet aircraft and based upon size. FY 2024-2025 Rates above are subject to change and are based upon customers paying with electronic ACH debits. Beginning 4/1/2024, a 3% fee shall be added to customer payments made by credit card.
The Airport Authority is currently soliciting interest from parties wishing to lease long-term space in our MRB South corporate hangar facility with attached offices.
