Acknowledgement

UPON APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE A $150 VENDOR FEE is required. If your application is not accepted or the event is cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be provided.

You will be required to show proof of all applicable licenses and liability insurance prior to the event. You must have at least a $1 Million Liability Coverage with the Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport Authority and the MRB Foundation named as additionally insured. Proof of insurance and fee must be received no later than June 10, 2026.

YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN POWER SOURCE

Vendor agrees to abide by the policies of the event and of the Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport Authority. The MRB Foundation and the Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport Authority (EWVRAA) shall not in any manner be responsible for any loss or damage to the vendor, vendor property; for any loss or damages to any products, equipment, or other property that may be used or employed in the vendors’ work, or placed on the vendor’s site; for any injury or damages or compensation required to be paid under any present or future law, to any person, whether an employee of vendor or otherwise. Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless the MRB Foundation and the EWVRAA, its officers, agents, and employees against all injuries, damages, and litigation arising or resulting from causes other than neglect, or that of its officers, agents or otherwise.
